Our Education Department values the notion that no two children learn the same and all children have the potential to succeed. A variety of programs are provided to facilitate the learning process and provide our students with quality social experiences. Community Based Instruction

Community Based Instruction (CBI) is a program designed for students that need intensive instruction in functional and daily living skills. The goal of the program is to provide hands on learning activities to help students acquire the skills to live in the world today.

Camp A.B.L.E. (Achieving Beyond Limited Expectations)

Camp A.B.L.E. is a summer camp program designed for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Registration is now open for children ages 3 to 9.

Our Educational Director:

The Educational Director for Progressive Pediatric is Barby Moro, M. Ed. Barby graduated from the Florida State University’s Education of Students with Exceptionalities Program and is certified in ESE (K thru 12) and Middle School Integrated Curriculum. She is also endorsed by the state to teach Autism, Severe/Profound Disabilities, ESOL, and Reading. Barby has extensive experience working with and creating programs for children and adolescents with a wide variety of emotional, intellectual, and learning abilities.
